CoreValue a fast-growing IT-outsourcing company based in Ukraine is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join Lviv or Kyiv team on a full-time basis.
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to build long-term, trustful and reliable relationships with our key clients in Fintech, Healthcare, Pharmatech, and Digital Transformation industries.
- In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of accounts, expand our business and partnership with existing clients, build a network of the trustworthy business relationship;
- To succeed, you will need to liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Development, Quality Assurance, Project Management, R&D) to ensure top-tier customer experiences are delivered to the client;
- In this position, you will need to travel to our clients in order to keep face-to-face communication, run workshops, solution design sessions and keep a constant awareness of clients organization's business.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in Account Management, working with Directors, VPs, SVPs, and C-level clients;
- Business-oriented and market-oriented mindset;
- Ability to balance business goals, timelines, and expectations;
- Fluent in operating portfolio business metrics (Predictability, Market penetration, Success Criteria).
- Media plugged in (news, LinkedIn, Twitter);
- Ability to find information quickly and thoroughly (Googling skills);
- Knowing business and enterprise politics, ability to build a successful service in complex environments;
- Program management awareness;
- Good presentation skills, ability to persuade softly, but steady; Ability and talent to sell and present technical projects for the business;
- Strategy development in relationship building, service positioning and upselling;
- English level - Upper-intermediate or higher.
- Excellent communication (open but focused, multi-dimensional, ability to set a live dialogs-type of communication);
- Self-motivated and passionate about building high-quality services;
- Ability to coach teams and drive transformations;
